There are plenty of wonderful community events in Winder that bring people together. The Summer Concert Series is a great way to spend an evening. The concerts are free to the public and last from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m; they are also held outdoors in Veterans Park, which means you can enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery while you listen to music. 
 
The Jug Tavern Festival is a family-friendly event that celebrates the area's rich history and features live music, arts and crafts, and traditional food. You can also celebrate the holidays at the annual Christmas Parade, a festive event that has something for everyone. The parade starts at the Monroe County Courthouse and winds its way through the downtown area, ending at the Monroe Civic Center. There are bands, floats, and even Santa Claus himself, who hands out candy to the kids. It's a great way to get into the holiday spirit!
